The Challenge : Public transport in Rwanda required a structured system to monitor drivers' and conductors' professionalism, track their behavioral records, and enhance service quality. Manual processes made it difficult to maintain real-time data on driver conduct, leading to challenges in regulation enforcement. THE SOLUTION: 63INC developed the Drivers and Conductors’ Vocational Cards Management System (DVC)—a digital registry that centralizes driver data, tracks vocational training, and automates disciplinary monitoring. The platform includes a rating mechanism that assesses driver behavior over time, fostering a culture of accountability. RESULT: Since implementation, the system has significantly improved driver compliance, public safety, and overall service delivery.
