For many cross-border traders, navigating non-tariff barriers (NTBs) and bureaucratic hurdles was a major bottleneck to seamless trade. The Ministry of Trade and Industry, through the Great Lakes Trade Facilitation (GLTF) project, needed a real-time digital platform to collect, monitor, and resolve traders' complaints across regional borders.

THE SOLUTION:

The system was built with multi-agency integration to ensure smooth collaboration between government bodies.
